The Hobart CDH-1 Centerline High Temp Sanitizing 51 Racks Per Hour Door Type Dishwasher With Booster 208 to 240 Volt ENERGY STAR can wash dishes, glassware, or utensils with a Sense-A-Temp booster that ensures a 180 degree F final rinse temperature. Though the product ships 3-phase, it can be field converted to single phase. This model can be installed as a straight-through or corner unit.

This dishwasher features delime notification and cycle, service diagnostics with error notifications, pumped drain, and it comes included with (1) peg rack and (1) combination rack. It has a top-mounted user interface with a digital temperature display. There is an 18" pillarless vertical door opening with a 4-sided door that retains heat and saves energy and the machine operates with a door-actuated start.

The machine operates at 0.73 gallons of water per rack with revolving tri-prong snap-in upper and lower anti-clogging wash and rinse arms, and a 7.9-gallon wash tank. The recirculating saves significant amounts of water compared with fill and dump commercial dishwashers.

The single fill and rinse connection uses a 3/4" Female Garden Hose fitting and a 9 ft long hose comes supplied. There is a 19 mm barb fitting drain connection and it comes supplied with a 9 ft long hose. This door-type commercial dishwasher is ENERGY STAR certified, UL listed for the United States and Canada, and NSF listed.

The CDH-1 is an electric unit that operates at 208-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 3-phase (field-convertible to 1-phase), and 31.7-37.0 Amps for the 0.80 HP wash pump, 0.25 HP rinse pump, 0.04 HP drain pump, and the 6.5 kW Sense-A-Temp booster that ensures 180 degree F final rinse temperature, and the 5 kW electric heating unit. Hardwiring is and there is a 1 1/8" diameter hole for a 1" trade-size conduit available on this machine. Hobart suggests that all plumbing and electrical connections be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
