This fryer is ENERGY STAR certified, ETL listed in the United States and Canada, as well as NSF listed for safety. This fryer is part of the manufacturer's Enerlogic program.
The frypot, front, door, and backsplash/flue cover on this electric fryer are all stainless steel and it has aluminized sides. The unit stands firmly on 6" adjustable legs.
The ESG35T is the Liquid Propane ENERGY STAR certified Value High-Efficiency electric floor model fryer from Frymaster with a 35 lb oil capacity frypot and comes included with rack-type basket support, a basket hanger, and 2 twin fry baskets.
There is a millivolt control system on this floor model fryer that requires no electrical hookup and it features 6" heating tubes with proprietary baffles that provide excellent heat transfer.
This Value High-Efficiency model fryer has a 14" x 13 3/4" x 4 1/5" frying area and a wide cold zone that keeps away crumbs and sediment from the cooking area and helps to keep oil fresh longer.
The ESG35T fryer operates at 70,000 BTU/hr and uses Liquid Propane with a 3/4" NPT gas connection.
