Empura ECO-613_NAT 38" Wide Full Size Gas Convection Oven, 54,000 BTU

The Empura ECO-613 is a 38" wide convection oven made from sturdy stainless steel. This oven features three direct fired gas inshot burners with 18,000 BTU's per hour, for a total of 54,000 BTU's. The temperature range is adjustable from 167 degrees Fahrenheit to 563 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior of this model is porcelainized, allowing for better heat retention. The front is constructed of stainless steel and features galvanized sides with robust support. This unit can also be double-stacked to save space (stacking kit and second unit sold separately).

Dual pane thermal glass window with interior lighting provide a clear view of inner contents. There are four heavy duty, chrome-plated racks with removable, 13-position rack guides for a variety of setup options. This unit not only boasts an automatic ignition system, but a cool-down feature as well, helping to ensure a safe usage. An automatic microswitch turns the unit off when the doors are open. CFC refrigerant is used for this oven.

Empura ECO-613 is a gas powered unit with a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection. The fan motor requires a 120 Volt, 60Hz, 1-phase power cord and plug (not included). It is ETL-Sanitation Listed and ETL listed in the U.S.A. and Canada.
