The SALD-1 is the Shelleymatic salad and vegetable drier from Delfield with a perforated durable polyethylene plastic liner that has a 20-gallon capacity. This unit has 16-gauge stainless steel tubular legs and it rolls smoothly on 3 locking 4" diameter polyurethane stem casters.
There is a 1 1/2" drain, stainless steel exterior, and stainless steel lid on this drier and the unit is completely enclosed. This salad and vegetable drier unit is UL listed in the United States and Canada, and it is NSF listed for safety.
The Shelleymatic salad and vegetable drier is an electric unit that runs at 115 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 2.7 Amps for the 1/6 HP water-tight motor, capacitor, and timer control that is mounted on the bottom. The unit comes included with a 6 ft power cord and standard NEMA 5-15P plug.
