Description

The Delfield N8656P Four Pan Drop In Cold / Hot Food Well keeps foods at ideal temperature in thanks to a remote control panel with single temperature control and three-way toggle switch. The N8656P accommodates (4) 12" x 20" pans. If the heater gets too hot, the safety switch will be triggered, causing the heater to turn off and illuminate the control panel pilot light for safe operation. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is utilized and is non-ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) and non-GWP (Global Warming Potential). This unit runs at 120-240 volts, 60 hertz, and 1-phase with 21 amps and 1/4 horsepower.
