The UTR-10 is a Bun Pan Rack from Channel. This rack is designed for use with 18” x 26” bun pans (maximum 10) and 12” x 20 steam table pans. It can also hold up to (20) 13” x 18” steam table pans, when they’re placed 2 per shelf. The product is constructed of aluminum. The pan slides measure 3-1/4" wide. This model rolls smoothly on 5" full swivel non-marking casters that are bolted to the frame for simple replacement.
