Description

These multi-purpose, mobile steamtable racks use extra wide, heavy-duty pan slides to support the bottoms of 12" x 20" steamtable, deli or hotel pans (2 per shelf).

They are built with heavy-duty, high tensile extruded aluminum and have extra thick 1-1/4" tubular aluminum on the vertical and horizontal frame sections. The rack rolls smoothly on 5" full swivel non-marking casters that are bolted to the frame for simple replacement.
