This medium-duty countertop griddle is perfect for catering, buffet lines or concessionaires.
The heavy cast, non-stick commercial cooking surface (21” x 12”) is controlled by a capillary thermostat for even heat control (up to 450 degrees F). It includes a backsplash/splatter guard and grease tray that are both stainless steel and removable.
The CG-20 medium-duty countertop griddle runs on 220 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 6.8 Amps for 1,500 Watts with a NEMA 6-20P plug.
