The Blodgett Combi CNVX-14G ADDL_NAT is an additional gas convection oven for stacking featuring stainless steel construction. This model has seven stainless steel wire shelves for storage and a multiple speed reversing fan for air circulation. The dual stage door latch ensures the door stays closed and the door features a dual pane tempered viewing window. The thermostat can be controlled up to 500°F and a programmable manual control stores up to 100 recipes which can be uploaded through a USB connection. This convection oven operates using natural gas and on 208-240 Volts. The CNVX-14G ADDL_NAT is also NSF and cETLus listed.
