The 1060 SINGLE is a Liquid Propane Single Deck Pizza Oven from Blodgett. The exterior of this unit is constructed of stainless steel, based on a full angle iron frame. The spring assist door features concealed hinges and tubular steel handle. Both the combustion chamber and the baking compartment liner are made of aluminum. The oven is supported by formed adjustable legs. The burner door is easy to open.
This product features two (2) free-floating, duplex-tube burners. Within the section body you can find the main gas, temperature control, and safety pilot valves. The air mixers include adjustable air shutters, as well as a locking shelf. The oven runs on 85,000 BTUs.
