The QHT Rokite stone deck in this pizza oven is designed to absorb moisture and provide even heat transfer to help produce crispier pizza crust. The interior chamber of this pizza oven is 10" high x 47 1/4" wide x 36" deep that will hold up to (12) 10" diameter, (6) 14" diameter, or (5) 16" diameter pizza pies.
The 1048 BASE is the 48" wide commercial single deck-type pizza oven base from Blodgett with a QHT (Quick Heat Technology) Rokite stone deck.
The pizza oven is operated with a snap throttle mechanical thermostat to adjust temperatures between 300 to 650 degrees F and it features a spring assist counter-balanced door with concealed hinges that is easy to open and close.
The 1048 BASE commercial gas deck pizza oven base operates on Natural Gas at 85,000 BTU/hr and it has a 3/4" NPT gas connection. All plumbing, gas, or electrical connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper plumbing, sanitary, and safety codes and guidelines.
The top, back, sides, bottom, and doors of this pizza oven are insulated with vitreous fiber. This commercial gas pizza oven is ETL listed in the United States and Canada, CE marked, and it is NSF listed for safety.
There is a stainless steel front top, front, and sides on this pizza oven with an aluminized steel baking compartment liner, and an aluminized steel combustion chamber.
