The 500-HWLF/D6 is a 70 7/16" wide, drop-in hot food holding well from Alto-Shaam with a large flange that holds up to (5) 12" x 20" full-size, 6" deep pans (pans not included). This drop in hot food holding well has has 2 adjustable thermostatic controllers and it has a stainless steel exterior and interior.
The Halo Heat system provides a controlled, uniform heat source that delivers gentle heat that extends the holding life of food products without continuing the cooking process.
The 500-HWLF/D6 heated drop in hot food holding well is an electric unit that is available as 120 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 25.0 Amps for 3.0 kW with a 6 ft power cord and a NEMA L5-30P plug, or 208-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 10.8 - 12.5 Amps for 2.3 -3.0 kW with a 9 ft power cord and a NEMA 6-15P plug, or 230 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 12.0 Amps for 3.0 kW with a 9 ft power cord and a 250V rated plug.
