The 500-2D is a 24 5/8" wide, 2 drawer Halo Heat free standing electric warming drawer from Alto-Shaam with digital controls. This double warming drawer has the capacity for (2) 12" x 20" x 6" full size food pans (1 per drawer) and it can be adapted to hold optional oversize pan sizes.
These warming drawers have a stainless steel exterior and they are stackable. It operates with an ON/OFF adjustable thermostat and has a temperature range of 60-200 degrees F.
The 500-2D warming drawer is an electric unit that is available as 120 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 5.3 Amps, or 208-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 2.7 Amps for 640 Watts of power per drawer. The 120 Volt unit has a NEMA 5-15P plug and the 208-240 Volt unit has a NEMA 6-15P plug.
This warming drawer is made in the USA, UL Classified UPH, CE listed, and UL listed for the United States and Canada.
