The 300-HW/D6 is a 40 15/16" wide, drop-in hot food holding well from Alto-Shaam that holds up to (3) 12" x 20" full-size, 6" deep pans (pans not included).
The Halo Heat system provides a controlled, uniform heat source that delivers gentle heat that extends the holding life of food products without continuing the cooking process. This drop in hot food holding well has has a single adjustable thermostatic controller and it has a stainless steel exterior and interior.
The 300-HW/D6 heated drop in hot food holding well is an electric unit that is available as 120 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 15.0 Amps for 1.8 kW with a 6 ft power cord and a NEMA 5-20P plug, or 208-240 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 6.5 - 7.5 Amps for 1.4 -1.8 kW with a 9 ft power cord and a NEMA 6-15P plug, or 230 Volts, 50/60 Hertz, 1-phase and 7.8 Amps for 1.8 kW with a 9 ft power cord and a 250V rated plug.
