32" and 36" Commercial Sandwich and Salad Preparation Refrigerators

32” or 36” sandwich/salad preparation refrigerators are used in the catering and hospitality industry for storing fresh ingredients and sandwich fillings. They are often used in restaurants, cafes, and schools for storing fresh produce and ingredients used for sandwiches. These refrigerators come in a variety of sizes and are made from a variety of materials. Some of the most common materials used to make commercial sandwich and salad preparation refrigerators include stainless steel, polycarbonate, and glass. Because these units are often on for long periods and are exposed to high heat, they require a different type of insulation than residential units. Commercial refrigerators often use polyurethane foam that is low in moisture to prevent mold and mildew and a thicker panel to maintain temperature. The 32” model can hold up to 45 pounds of produce, while the 36” model can store up to 90 pounds of produce. Both units are energy efficient, with an energy efficiency ratio of less than 4.5. They are both easy to clean, with non-stick interiors, and have an LED display for easy inventory monitoring.
