The CGM24 is the Heat-Xpress countertop finishing cabinet from Carter-Hoffmann that features an infrared quartz heating system that emits nearly pure radiant heat with less energy than halogen elements in a durable stainless steel cabinet.

The Heat-Xpress countertop finishing cabinet is designed to add the perfect final touch to your entrees, appetizers and other dishes and it features a field-removable back panel that allows for conversion into a dual-sided pass-through unit.

This finishing cabinet turns on with a gravity-activated switch whenever a plate is put into the cavity and it saves energy and reverts to 50% power when not in use. The cabinet can heat up to 375 degrees F in 45-seconds and can reach a maximum 400 degrees F with no pre- heat needed.

This finishing cabinet features an all stainless steel double-wall cabinet construction and it stands firmly on adjustable legs that are mounted to the base. The Heat-Xpress finishing cabinet is ETL-Sanitation listed, CE marked, and ETL listed in the United States and Canada.

The Carter-Hoffmann CGM24 finishing cabinet is an electric unit that operates at 208 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 11.25 Amps for 2280 Watts of power. The unit comes with a 6 ft power cord with a standard NEMA 6-20P plug. It is recommended that this unit be connected to a dedicated and protected circuit.
