The 75-0301-W is a 15-1/4" wide food dehydrator from Weston. This unit comes installed with 6 trays which measure in at 14-1/4" x 10-3/4" with a combined total of over 6 feet of drying space. With this dehydrator it is easier than ever to preserve meats, fruits, vegetables, herbs and much more. This dehydrator is perfect for sealing in the flavors of your favorite treats without the harmful additives or preservatives that come with store bought snacks.

The ultra-quiet fan and rear-mounted drying system allows this dehydrator to operate at maximum efficiency and circulates air through each tray so that tray rotation is a thing of the past. With a 500 watt heating element and an adjustable color-coded thermostat, the precision of this machine allows you to select between 84°F to 155°F for achieving perfect results every time.

This unit operates on 120V, 60Hz and 1-phase at 4.25 Amps for the 500W heating element.
