Wells B-40 24" Stainless Steel Electric Countertop Charbroiler With Cast Iron Grate And 2 Heat Zones, 240 volts

The B-40 is an Electric Countertop Charbroiler from Wells. The top and sides of this charbroiler are constructed of stainless steel, while the grates are made of cast iron. The temperature is determined by (2) infinite controls, one for each side. Dual heating action is provided by self-cleaning elements, which are placed between the broiler grate ribs. The element frame features a spring-loaded support rod for added stability. A terminal block allows for a field connection to the main power supply. This product comes shipped 1-phase, but is field convertible to 3-phase.
