The 2436G is a 36" wide stainless steel natural/LP gas countertop griddle from Wells with zoned thermostatic heat control on a 35-7/8" wide x 20-1/2" deep cooking surface. There is a 3/4" NPT gas inlet on this countertop griddle and it can operate on either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane gas.

There is a 3/4" thick, smooth polished steel griddle plate on this stainless steel countertop griddle. There is an integral splashguard on the stainless steel natural/LP gas countertop griddle and it has a full-width, front mounted grease trough.

The 2436G stainless steel natural/LP gas countertop griddle has 3 burners with 3 individual snap-action thermostats and each burner is rated at 25,000 BTU for a total of 75,000 BTU.
