Description

This single compartment gas counter convection steamer has a stainless steel exterior, a stainless steel cooking compartment with coved interior corners and a high output 45,000 BTU/hr stainless steel steam generator. The controls are manual. The door is heavy duty and features a latch mechanism. This product stands on 4" stainless steel legs. There is a 3⁄4" rear gas connection and gas pressure regulator. The unit requires 120/60/1 power supply, with a 2.0 amps maximum draw. A split water line connection is included, as is a single drain connection.
