The VICM24 is the Restaurant series 24" wide wall-mount cheesemelter broiler from Vulcan with 1 heavy-duty pre-mix atmospheric infrared burner and a standing pilot ignition system. The cheesemelter broiler comes included with wall mounting brackets.
There is a heavy-duty chrome plated grid rack in this cheesemelter broiler and it has a 3-position rack guide. There is a removable full-width stainless steel spillage pan on this cheesemelter broiler and the durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction of this unit will stand up to the daily usage of any commercial kitchen environment.
This cheesemelter broiler ships standard for Natural Gas service and it come included with a Liquid Propane (LP) kit for conversion in the field. This commercial gas cheesemelter broiler is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.
This VICM24 commercial gas cheesemelter broiler operates on Natural Gas at 20,000 BTU/hr and it has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and it comes included with a pressure regulator. All gas connections should be made by qualified personnel who will follow all of the proper safety codes and guidelines.
