The VFRY18F is a 18" wide Energy Star certified gas floor fryer from Vulcan with solid state analog controls. This fryer is constructed of stainless steel, and stands on a set of 6" legs. This gas floor fryer sports a fry tank with the ThreePass™ heat transfer system. This heat transfer system yields 60.9% cooking and 72% thermal efficiency, helping this gas floor fryer reach Energy Star certification.

The VFRY18F features an 18 gauge stainless steel filtration vessel, and comes with a complimentary package of KleenScreen PLUS Fabric envelopes.

This gas floor fryer from Vulcan includes a power cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug, operates on a liquid propane gas connection, and comes standard with a 1-1/4" front gas manifold, and a capped 3/4" rear gas hookup.
