The VCRB36 is the Restaurant series 36" wide countertop 6-burner heavy-duty gas charbroiler from Vulcan with 14,500 BTU cast iron burners with individual infinite heat controls and a full-width front grease drawer. This countertop commercial gas charbroiler stands firmly on a set of 4" adjustable legs.
The charbroiler is operated with individual high-range infinite heat control valves on each burner and it features a standing pilot ignition system. The durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction of this charbroiler will stand up to the daily usage of a commercial kitchen environment.
There are under-burner heat deflector panels on this charbroiler that reflects heat upwards and protect the base from damage. This commercial gas charbroiler is CSA Blue Flame certified, CSA Design certified, and it is NSF listed for safety.
This VCRB36 commercial gas charbroiler operates on Natural Gas at 14,500 BTU per burner for a total of 87,000 BTU/hr and it has a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection and it comes included with a pressure regulator.
