The VC4GD is an 40-1/4" wide, ENERGY STAR certified, gas, single-deck, standard depth convection oven from Vulcan with a porcelain on steel interior, solid state temperature dial controls and a 60 minute timer. There are (5) nickel plated grab-and-go oven racks on this convection oven and independently operated removable doors with double pane windows.
The stainless steel convection oven has an electronic spark igniter and a 1/2 HP two speed oven blower-motor that maintains temperatures between 150 - 500 degrees F. There are 2 interior lights on this convection oven and it stands firmly on 25-3/4" painted legs. There is non-sag insulation applied to the top, rear and sides of this convection oven.
The VC4GD ENERGY STAR certified convection oven operates at 50,000 BTU/hr and is fuelled by Liquid Propane. There is a 3/4" NPT rear gas connection on this convection oven.
The electric components on this gas convection oven runs on 120 Volts, 60Hz, 1-phase and 8 Amps and it has a 6 ft cord and plug.
The convection oven is ENERGY STAR certified, NSF listed, CSA Design Star certified and CSA Flame certified.
