The FC-4DH-02120-T is a 2-well electric Hot Food Well Drop-In Unit from Vollrath. The top flange and drawn well are constructed of 300 series stainless steel. This drop-in unit is insulated on all sides, including between each well. There is a stainless steel remote control panel, as well as a stainless steel shroud. The product features thermostatic controls. It accepts both full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep.
