The bowl of this ladle is 3 3/8" in diameter.

The plastic-coated Kool-Touch handle is heat resistant up to 180 degrees F and the ladle is fully functional up to 350 degrees F.

The Ergo Grip ladle is NSF listed and there is an all-natural antimicrobial material on the handles that helps prevent bacteria and other microorganisms from growing on the surface.

The Jacob's Pride lifetime limited warranty does not include the Kool-Touch handle coating.
