Vollrath 3640571 Drop-In Top-Mount 3-Well Manifold Drain 1000W Thermostatic Control Hot Food Well, 208-240V

The 3640571 is the modular drop-in top-mounted hot food well with 3 individual full-size 12" x 20" stainless steel (20 gauge) wells that are fully insulated and designed for wet operation only. There is a 1" manifold drain on this unit with copper tubing and a master manifold shut off.

This hot food well unit features individual thermostatic controls mounted in a stainless steel remote control panel with a power indicator light for each well.

This hot food well is an electric unit that runs at 208-240 Volts, 60 Hertz, 1-phase, and 10.8-12.5 Amps for 3000 Watts (1000 Watts per well) and it comes with a 6 ft power cord and a NEMA 6-20P plug.

This hot food well is proudly made in the USA and it is UL listed in Canada and the United States, and NSF listed for safety.

The deep stainless steel well accommodates full-size and fractional pans up to 6" deep.

Standard mounting clips are provided with this drop-in top-mounted hot food well for easy installation on counters up to 3" thick.
