The WS™ Touch Control is an Electric Waterless Steamer Oven from Turbochef. This oven is constructed of corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel, while the top panel is made of chrome. There is a smart menu, which can store a large amount of recipes. The included touch controls will assist in your operation. The oven features flash updates through the use of a smart card. There is also the option for single or dual temperature interface. The exterior is cool-to-the-touch, all surfaces are designed to stay under 122°F. There is a built-in self-diagnostic system, which will help monitor the oven. Also included is a stirrer which will help to even out air distribution.

The WS™ Touch Control features a smart menu, which can store a large amount of recipes. There are also flash firmware updates via a smart card. The lower panel collects runoff and light moisture, while a cavity filter traps grease. A helpful LED timer counts down the last 30 seconds. There is also the option for single or dual temperature interface.
