TurboChef PANINI Rapid Cook Countertop Oven, Stainless Steel, 25" x 16" x 29.8"

The Panini (i1) is an Electric Rapid Cook Panini Oven from TurboChef. Rather than use a press, this oven utilizes a panini tray which, for example, allows you to rapidly cook open-faced, heating up the inner contents while crisping the bottom. The exterior of this product is constructed of corrosive-resistant steel, while the interior is made of 201/304 stainless steel. The die-cast aluminum front panels feature matte-chrome accents. Independently-controlled dual motors vertically circulate air impingement. The red exterior is cool-to-the-touch, all surfaces are designed to stay under 122°F. There is a built-in self-diagnostic system, which will help monitor the oven. Also included is a stirrer which will help to even out air distribution.

The Panini is designed to be stackable, though a stacking kit will be required. There is a smart menu, which can store a large amount of recipes. There are also flash firmware updates via a smart card. A helpful LED timer counts down the last 30 seconds. There is also the option for single or dual temperature interface.
