The TSSC-4 is a 4 ft long (48" wide) x 11-1/2" deep x 11" high, stainless steel (Type 304, 18 gauge) remote cooled refrigerated sushi display case from Turbo Air that has a removable tempered glass top, front and rear doors.
The sushi display case is pre-piped for remote refrigeration and it has a water drain hole for easy cleaning.
The sushi display case is NSF listed under standard No. 7 and it is ANSI approved.
