The True TFP-72-30M-D-2 is a 72-1/8" wide, two-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep refrigerator with two stainless steel insulated covers and an 8" deep, 1/2" thick, full-length removable cutting board. The two-section stainless steel sandwich/salad food prep refrigerator includes 30 (1/6 size) 6-7/8" long x 6-1/4" wide x 4" deep, clear polycarbonate food pans that are NSF approved.
Stainless steel is used for the front, top, ends and floor while the back is coated steel. The interior is NSF approved and has a clear coated aluminum liner. This sandwich/salad food prep refrigerator has two doors, two left drawers, 4 adjustable heavy-duty PVC coated wire shelves and 2.5" diameter casters with locks provided on front set. The self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly 134A refrigerant.
The cabinet structure has foamed-in-place high density, polyurethane insulation that has zero global warming potential (GWP) and zero ozone depletion potential (ODP).
