This Traulsen UPT276-D-SB 27" Dealers Choice, One Section, Prep Table Refrigerator is the proper choice for top of the line compact prep table refrigerators. This unit comes with a self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration, 7.7 cubic feet of storage space, two drawers and a top rail with a roll-top lid. Each drawer and the top rail can hold up to (6) 1/6 pans at 6" deep, this table also comes equipped with with a full length 27" reversible cutting board.
