With a stainless steel construction for its exterior and the front of each drawer, the Toastmaster Free-Standing Drawer Warmers will withstand years of use, proving its durability and dependability. The inside boasts a lining of corrosion-resistant aluminized steel able to hand the potentially humid atmosphere. The drawers gently slide open and close via the help of third member suspension system rails, and stay shut due to the latching and positive stop mechanisms. Both the thermostat and humidity controls can be found on the front of the appliance, allowing you to adjust the temperature between 100° F and 200° F, as well as the humidity level. Both drawers have their own individual thermostats so you can set one drawer to one temp and the other to a different temp. Rest assured that bacteria won't grow on food stored within the warmer, nor will products dry out due to the fact that the thermometer reads the temperature at the coolest point within the drawer. Since the drawer is fully insulated on all sides, it will retain heat, making it the perfect place told foods.
