With a stainless steel construction for its exterior and the front of each drawer, the Toastmaster Built-In Drawer Warmers will withstand years of use. The inside boasts a lining of corrosion-resistant aluminized steel able to handle the potentially humid atmosphere. The drawers gently slide open and close via the help of third member suspension system rails, and stay shut due to the latching and positive stop mechanisms. Both the thermostat and humidity controls can be found on the front of the appliance, allowing you to adjust the temperature between 100F and 200F, as well as the humidity level. The thermometer reads the temperature at the coolest point within the drawer. Since the drawer is fully insulated on all sides, it will retain heat, making it the perfect place told foods.
