The 602HF is a Star Max Natural Gas Hot Plate from Star. This 2-burner hot plate features manual on/off controls and standing pilots. The main body is constructed of aluminized steel, while the front and front bullnose are made of stainless steel. The legs measure at 4" tall. The 25,000 BTU burners provide optimal heat distribution. This model is field convertible to liquid propane. French top is sealed for faster and even heating. A removable crumb tray allows for easier cleaning.
