Star HPDE1HP High Performance Nacho Cheese Electric Dispenser with Portion Control - 120V

The HPDE-1HP is a High Performance Electric Nacho Cheese Dispenser from Star. This peristalic dispenser is designed for consistent and quiet operation, while keeping a cool external temperature. The high impact panels are constructed of plastic while the supports and drip pan are made of stainless steel. The pump operates at 165 rpm. This unit is designed to hold (1) 6-ounce pouch. The portion control system allows for a consistent volume of up to 2.5 oz per cycle, utilizing a pressure switch.

The patented pump design moves cheese or other condiments directly from the pouch, with at least a 95% evacuation rate. Adjustable digital temperature controls allow for greater user control, though the product is preset at 145°F. This model runs on 120 volts, 6.8 amps, and 820 watts. It is UL Listed and made in the USA.
