The 4601DD-5R_NAT is a natural gas range that is part of the Ultimate Range line from Southbend. Featuring non-clogging and Pyromax burners, consistent gas flow is provided for maximum cooking results on the open range top. Moreover, a battery spark ignition is included with each standard oven base, allowing them to heat up quickly and maintain desired temperatures while also increasing overall workflow quality for high production baking.
With an exterior constructed of stainless steel and a porcelain enamel interior, this ensures solid performance and easy cleaning for repeated use. The flue riser comes with a heavy-duty shelf for holding pots and pans. In addition, this range has spring assisted, counterweight oven doors that will stay open and prevent potential burns while adding or removing baking pans.
