There is a standing pilot that makes igniting the oven easier, as well as a shut-off valve located in the front of the appliance near the burner control knobs. The convection motor is built for high efficiency baking and roasting, with a split phase motor and overload protection, while the stainless steel cabinet will provide storage for pots, pans, and anything else you may want to put there. The door is spring-balanced, so it will stay open.
