The 4361A-1GL_NAT gas range boasts stainless steel construction for its shelf, sides, and front. The cooking surface employs cast iron grates, and the burners host a non-clog design that allows for the constant and consistent flow of gas. Although there is a standing pilot that makes igniting the oven easier, as well as a shut-off valve located in the front of the appliance near the burner control knobs. The convection motor is built for high efficiency baking and roasting, with a split phase motor and overload protection. The cabinet is lined with porcelain and is made big enough to fit full-sized sheet pans either length-wise or width-wise. The door is spring-balanced, so it will stay open.
