Salamander Broilers and Cheese Melters

Salamander broilers are electric broiler that works by heating a pan or rack placed below the element. These broilers are available in both countertop and built-in models. They can be used to cook various foods, including meats, vegetables, and even bread. Most salamander broilers have temperature settings ranging from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. These broilers can cook foods very quickly at the highest setting, making them ideal for quick meals or last-minute dining. However, they can also be used at a lower temperature to simmer food over time. Unlike other types of electric broilers, salamander broilers can be placed very close to the element, which makes them ideal for smaller items like cheese melters and other small foods. Cheese melters are electric appliances that use the heat generated by power supplied to the appliance. Most cheese melters look like a standard toaster with slots that can be filled with cheese. Cheese melters are used to melting cheese on top of pizzas and grilled cheese sandwiches. Some models have an internal thermostat to regulate the heat inside the melter to keep the cheese at the desired temperature.
