Once you place your online order with RestaurantSupply.com, you will be sent an Order Confirmation email to verify that we have received your order and begun processing it for shipment.
We electronically receive your online order. Upon receipt, we transmit your order information and request fulfillment from the appropriate warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturer, depending upon the product(s) ordered. Products are packaged for shipping as soon as possible. However, processing time can vary depending upon the item(s) and the manufacturer(s). Stock items are typically processed more quickly, as soon as within 24 hours, while some "made-to-order" products can take up to 6 weeks. Note: Quick Ship items are processed within 24 hours of your order being received by us. When your item(s) have shipped, either from a warehouse, distribution center or directly from a manufacturer, we are sent confirmation. RestaurantSupply.com then sends you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the name of the carrier company and a tracking number. You will be able to monitor your order's progress from shipment origin to your shipping destination by accessing the carrier's website and typing in your tracking number. Please allow some time for your tracking number to be enabled in the shipping company's system, up to 12 hours for some carriers. Note: You may receive multiple Shipping Confirmation emails with separate tracking numbers, particularly if you order items from more than one manufacturer, the items originate at different locations, or ship with different carriers.
