The E32T5/P12M is the ENERGY STAR certified E32T5 28-7/8" wide, electric, full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven stacked on top of a P12M stainless steel full-size 12 tray electric/manual proofer/holding cabinet from Moffat.

The E32T5 ENERGY STAR certified, full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven has a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system that delivers uniform airflow and a porcelain enameled oven chamber. There is a (5) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pan capacity with 3-1/3" tray spacing on this full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven. There is a side hinged door on the full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven with a Safe Touch door handle.

There is programmable steam injection that provides wet heat in the full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven. The Touch Screen controls on this full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven use an icon driven program menu.

There are dual halogen oven lamps and the exterior front, sides and top of this ENERGY STAR certified full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven are all stainless steel.

The P12M stainless steel full-size 12 tray electric/manual proofer/holding cabinet features a mechanical thermostat, 2-7/8" tray spacing, humidity level control, and a full view glass door. The proofer/holding cabinet rolls smoothly on 3" casters and it is ETL listed and NSF certified.

The E32T5 ENERGY STAR certified full-size stainless steel Turbofan touch screen/electric programmable convection oven is an electric unit and runs on either 208 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 28 Amps for 5,800 Watts or 220-240 Volts, 60 Hz, 1-phase and 27 Amps for 6,500 Watts and does not include a cordset.

The P12M stainless steel full-size 12 tray electric/manual proofer/holding cabinet is an electric unit and runs on 110-120 Volts, 50/60 Hz, 1-phase and 15.6 Amps for 1,950 Watts and includes a cordset with a NEMA 5-20P plug.
