These mobile end load bun pan racks from Metro are perfect for freezer or refrigerator use, bakeries or commissaries. They are constructed in a high strength, extruded aluminum (6063-T6 alloy) that is aircraft-riveted throughout and it has a pass-thru design that allows items to be loaded on one side and unloaded from the other for efficiency and convenience.
There are slides on the mobile end load bun pan rack on 5" centers for up to 12 pans (18" x 26") or 24 trays (14" x 18"). The end load bun pan rack is a mobile unit that rolls on 5" swivel casters with rubber wheels, 2 with brakes.
