The 3-tier unit comes included with (3) cutting board/tray drying racks. Each rack on this unit has a 200 Ib load capacity. The MetroMax i drying rack is NSF certified for safety.
The PR48VX2-XDR is the 3-shelf 48" wide x 24" deep MetroMax i mobile drying rack unit from Metro that is designed to prevent wet nesting and provides superior air circulation for quick drying of trays, cutting boards, pans, lids, pots, and any other sink items.
This drying rack unit comes included with 1 adjustable drip tray that helps to minimize wet floors by funneling all of the dripping water into a removable full-size steam pan.
All of the polypropylene shelf mats, glass fiber and thermoset resin composite posts, and the epoxy-coated racks on this drying rack unit feature Microban antimicrobial protection that prevents the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria.
There are 63" mobile posts on this drying rack with 5" diameter corrosion-resistant polyurethane swivel casters (2 with brakes).
