The pass-through design enables this holding cabinet to be placed conveniently between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access. A low temperature alarm assure you the cabinet is always at the desired temperature, while a low water alarm indicates when water is needed. This holding cabinet can hold up to 36 18" x 26" full size sheet pans.
