Description

Thanks to its fixed, universal wire slides, set on 1-1/2" increments, this holding cabinet can hold up to 18 18" x 26" full size sheet pans. This reach-in pass-through heated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. User friendly, top-mounted controls provide clear readability, preventing damage. This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70° to 200° F so food never has a chance to cool off.
