Description

Thanks to its universal wire pan slides, set on 1-1/2" increments, this holding cabinet can hold up to five 18" x 26" full size sheet pans. This holding cabinet quickly heats to temperatures ranging from 70° to 200° F so food never has a chance to cool off. The safe temperature screen ensures that food temperatures are maintained and food is not under or over cooked.
