This reach-in pass-through heated holding cabinet provides maximum control, convenience, and usability. The pass-through design allows it to be conveniently placed between your kitchen and serving or prep area for easy restocking and access. To help keep food moist and delicious, this holding cabinet features a water pan that adds humidity to the cabinet. The universal wire pan slides are adjustable on 1-1/2" increments for optimum storage flexibility and allow this holding cabinet to hold up to 17 18" x 26" full size sheet pans.
