This holding cabinet has two clear dutch doors on the front so items can be seen prior to opening the door and letting out the heat. The separate holding and moisture controls allow you to set the levels you need for the task at hand. The universal pan slides that are adjustable in 1 1/2" increments to hold up to 17 full size sheet pans or 32 half size sheet pans.
