Thanks to its combination heating / proofing module, this full height cabinet lets you quickly change from holding mode to proofing mode at the flip of a switch, and manage the moisture level at low temperatures. This cabinet features independent analog controls that allow you to set the temperature between 80° and 200° F and humidity level inside the cabinet, ensuring that you can create optimal conditions for holding and proofing. The Dutch door design allows you to conserve energy by only opening the portions you need to.
